Fatima & Amir are proud business owners and partners in every sense of the word, united by family, tradition, and a deep belief in the power of food to bring people together.
Both born and raised in Damascus, Syria, their journey has been shaped by love, resilience, and family. In 2012, seeking safety and a better future for their four children, they left everything behind and began a new chapter in Jordan.
Through years of change, relocation, and rebuilding, one thing never changed—food. No matter the place or circumstances, the kitchen was always where the family came together. Meals became moments of connection, comfort, and continuity, preserving tradition and creating a sense of home wherever they were.
In 2022, Fatima and Amir took another leap of faith and moved to Georgia, carrying their culture, determination, and lifelong dream with them.
Today, Mint Kitchen is the realization of that dream. More than a family business, it is a reflection of their journey, their roots, and the belief that food can connect people across cultures and experiences. Inspired by the flavors of Damascus and the warmth of home-cooked meals, every dish is prepared with care, authenticity, and heart.
